The Cooperative Extension Program (CEP) in Tarrant County enhances the traditional 4-H program by reaching out to underserved communities. This initiative aligns with Tarrant County 4-H’s motto, “To Make The Best Better,” by providing opportunities for leadership, citizenship, and life skills development.

Jordan Peldyak serves as the CEP-4H Extension Agent, focusing on conflict resolution, peer mediation, leadership development, and photography. As a CEP-4H Extension Agent, Jordan is enthusiastic about helping those who want to learn more about 4-H.
